Clean and well appointed
4/5 Clean and small but just what we needed. We were heading to Cooperstown for the weekend and local hotels were booked and / or too pricey. About 30 min from there but we managed ok. Neighborhood house is sketchy with boarded up window and off hours

Beautiful space
5/5 My husband and I came to town for a family wedding and wanted a place to avoid the hustle and bustle. This property was just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with all the amenities that we needed. Will definitely stay again when in town!!

Beautiful place
5/5 My family and I stayed in this cozy, quite little apartment and it was just perfect. The bed was very comfortable and we had enough closet space for our clothes. The parking in the rear is a plus because it made it very convenient for loading and unloading the car. The town is very quiet but we explored Herkmer Diamond Minds and the Howe Caves . The apartment is so perfect! Definitely suggest it to stay there.
