• Very close to Dreams Park!!

  This house is a perfect distance to dreams park! The home is in a peaceful spot with lots of land. Everything was very easy to access at the house. The bathrooms and bedrooms are great size and everyone was comfortable. The only thing I would have liked were ceiling fans on the main level. The bedrooms have air conditioning units but the main level was a little warm due to not much air movement. Overall, our stay was great for our family and would definitely book again

• Perfect for our baseball family

  We stayed for a full week while our son played at Cooperstown. The location is A+. Property is well maintained with a beautiful setting for wildlife. Kids can run around outside, watch movies inside and kitchen is large with nice appliances. House was clean and very comfortable. Beds are nice with good linrns. Minor suggestions would be a few updated kitchen serving/cooking utensils and master shower drains slowly. It was a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend for families or multiple families sharing.

• Great home away from home.

  We stayed in Cooperstown because our grandson was playing baseball at Dreams Park. The home was two miles from the park. It could not have been more convenient. It was also close to town.

  It was a lovely home. Nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The living areas open and bright. All well appointed The grounds were beautiful. We made s’mores at the fire pit one evening.

  Living in a more metropolitan area, we enjoyed the abundance of stars. My grandsons both saw a shooting star.

  There were window ac units in the bedrooms but even the last week of July, we didn’t need them. The ceiling fans with open windows made sleeping comfortable.

  The owner of the home was accessible and pleasant. I would stay here again, without question.

  Location was great for those who have children playing at Cooperstown as well as to the grocery store, dollar general, restaurants, etc. Owner communicated with us throughout our trip and was easy to work with. House was clean and had a lovely sunroom area. 5 stars! ⭐️
