Good location…
3/5 The house was clean and comfortable, but did not have adequate supplies: no kitchen towels, no paper towels, no bowls! The dishes had to be hand-washed… yet nothing to dry them with. No soap in the bathrooms. The 3rd bathroom is in a dark cramped basement and did not have a shower curtain.
When we arrived the key was not in the lockbox— the upstairs neighbor brought it down when she heard us arrive. The WiFi instructions in the welcome email were not accurate. Some of the towels were left in the dryer and another load of wet linens was still in the washing machine. The house just wasn’t ready for our stay. Frustrating. When we first reached out to Evolve they were very responsive but later in the stay they didn’t return text messages.
On the plus side: beds were comfortable and the location was good.

Golf Adventure
5/5 The property is as advertised. It was extremely convenient, located two minutes from I-95. You can go north on I-95 to I-287 to head towards Rockland County, as well as to connect to I-684. You can also take Mamaroneck Ave north to the Hutchinson River Parkway or south into town to explore and find some nice restaurants. We used the house as a base of operations. It is clean user friendly.
