2/5 Check in was late due to poor communication with owner and contact...shower in 1 bathroom not working. No BBQ utensils. Not all windows open, some handles broken, not enough towels but love the area.

Lovely spot, nice place
5/5 The house is very sweet and as described. The location - near to Livingston Manor, the up and coming COOL place in Sullivan County - is very convenient and easy to find, but also very private and quiet. The house was impeccably clean, and a nice little toiletry welcome kit was left for us. I enjoyed the deck and we used the grill one night. There are a couple of minor things I would suggest to the owner to make it just a bit nicer, but nothing worth a bad review. I recommend this rental for your stay in Sullivan County. By the way, go to the Museum at Bethel. Great place.

Lovely spot, nice house
5/5 This rental home is as described, a comfortable place in a good location. Although the setting is very quiet and private, it is a short drive to the town of Livingston Manor, where there are cute little cafes and things, a sweet town. It was easy to find and access the house (by contacting the manager as instructed). I enjoyed the deck and we used the grill one night for a really nice, peaceful meal. The house was impeccably clean and the cleaner/manager left a nice toiletry welcome packet. Any issues we had were very minor but none worth writing a bad review, at least in my book. Livingston Manor is one of the nicer towns in Sullivan and I also recommend visiting the Museum at Bethel, a highlight for us.
