Nice house with good location
5/5 This house was clean and has everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out a bit. It was a nice neighborhood with a downtown area to walk to for bakery, ice cream and coffe/beer.

Nice house and location
5/5 This house was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood with bakery and ice cream shops in walking distance. Quiet area but close to Niagra Falls for a day trip
Pleasant but hot
4/5 The house is charming, SUPER clean, in an adorable neighborhood. Only downside is that it’s advertised as having central a/c, but there is no a/c upstairs where the bedrooms are. It was quite hot, my infant’s baby monitor read almost 80 at night.

-Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We're delighted to hear that you appreciated the charm, cleanliness and the neighborhood. We want all our guests to rest easy during their stay, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort you experienced.
-As the homeowner we would like to clarify the situation regarding the air conditioning. While there is central A/C in the house, due to its historic nature, the airflow to the second floor is not as strong as on the first floor. The Welcome Book includes tips for keeping the upstairs bedrooms cool, such as keeping the doors closed to retain cool air. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a supplemental window A/C unit for added comfort.
-It's important to note that this issue tends to arise only during periods of extreme heat. Although heat waves are not a common occurrence in the Buffalo area, we are seeing more of them in the summer months. As a result we are actively making adjustments. Since your visit, we have installed ceiling fans in all four bedrooms, and there are extra standing fans available as well. We hope these improvements will enhance the comfort of future stays.
