• RAW SEWAGE IN TUB And NEEDS MAINTENANCE

  The tub backed up with sewage and food items.

  The wall to the right of the tub has severe water damage and black mold.

  The master bed was advertised as a King. In reality it is a queen sized bed that has a huge dip in the middle

  The tile floors had huge holes in them. The towel racks in the bathroom were ripped out of the wall and not staying on the wall. The walls had an over abundance of scratches in the paint and gouges in all rooms.

  The entire apartment smells like rotten food

  the refrigerator smelled like fish and was missing the entire bottom shelf.

  There were ants in the kitchen that we tried treating with spray that was left under the sink.

  The bedrooms had mismatched furniture and was uninviting.

  The outdoor property was not as described or shown in the pictures online. The pool and surrounding deck were unusable due to lack of maintenance. There were footprints from someone stepping in paint and walking on the deck. There was discarded building supplies near the trash cans. There was a garden house strewn in the driveway that we had to navigate around everytime we accessed our car. The landscaping was disgusting and unfinished.

  The entire property is in disrepair and needs updating

  Our entire stay was unenjoyable and very disappointing.

  ON A POSITIVE NOTE - Evolve, the management company was VERY responsive and helpful.

  -The sewage issue was promptly addressed and resolved shortly after it was reported. This was an unfortunate natural occurrence, and steps have been taken to prevent it from happening again.
  -A new cleaning company has been hired to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness moving forward.
  -The kitchen and refrigerator have been thoroughly cleaned and necessary parts replaced.
  -The furniture in the bedrooms has been reviewed, though we were not aware of any specific concerns regarding mismatched pieces.
  -The pool area was recently opened and has been maintained for guest use. Any maintenance issues have been addressed.
  -Landscaping has been improved and maintained regularly. We are committed to keeping the outdoor areas in good condition.

• Description misleading.

  This unit has no dishwasher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, icemaker (not even trays to make ice, or shampoo as stated. It is in the basement of a house. Uneven levels to walk to basement door so not safe for the elderly as stated. Someone lives in a shed in the backyard. Outdoor kitchen filthy. The grill had rotten meat, outdoor fridge filled with black mold. The firepit had no propane but wouldn't work anyway cause all the controls broken. Cardboard boxes strewn around yard & outdoor kitchen filled with rotten food & other trash. Upon arriving place smelled of fish & urine. Very very disappointed to say the least.
