Labor Day weekend beauty and relaxation
5/5 The listing was very accurate. Very clean and comfortable, with a nice covered porch area in the back with a big yard and flat access to the lake. The lake water was clear.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house and around the area, with surrounding hikes in the parks, waterfalls and gorges and some nearby towns.

Great location!
4/5 We stayed here to be close to the Cortland repertory theater, which was amazing! The location and the lake were beautiful. The cabin was very clean and well decorated. I only wish the beds were more comfortable. The mattresses were extremely firm and we did not sleep well.

Beautiful inside and out!
5/5 My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is very spacious and updated nicely, and the kitchen was furnished with everything you need including dishes, silverware, cookware, serving trays, a coffee maker/toaster/microwave, and even had an air fryer! It was super clean and a quiet street with very friendly neighbors! We were sad to have to say goodbye to our new friends at the end of our stay. The lake was so warm and the house is situated on the south end of Little York Lake near the dam, so it was quite shallow which made it great for kids to splash around without having to worry too much about them. The yard was BEAUTIFUL with two large trees to provide all-day shade, yet plenty of sunny spots to work on your tan. The fire pit was great for having evening campfires and there were plenty of chairs on the property so don’t worry about bringing any! I can’t recommend this property enough and we are already excited about renting it again next year!
