  Stained bench as you enter. Stained carpet in upstairs bedroom. Gross tub in main bathroom. Main kitchen had odd layout. Had to open dishwasher to open utensil drawer. Not enough utensils or pots and pans. Cabinets/drawers dirty and disorganized. Toaster wouldnt stay down, had to hold it. Knob missing on closet door. Only TV is in basement living space where the critters (squirrel?) were in the drop ceiling. Basement musty, slight urine smell?

  Positives were the people that came and the beds were comfortable, main appliances were good, nicely decorated. Prior to arrival reached out to management a couple times via email to ask what type of coffeemaker, no response. BTW there is a drip coffeemaker and Keurig.

  Great location and great place. Management was good to work with, and lots of communication. House is older, and deck is a little worn, but otherwise great house.

  We had a wonderful time in this beautiful decorated home.

  The cabin is charming with a breathtaking view on the mountains and ski slopes across. If you like peace and quiet this is for you. The 3 bedrooms were pretty large with very comfortable bedding: 2 queens size beds + 1 full size. 3 bathrooms in total (one on each floor) that could use a little clean-up/ renovation but they are functional. The basement is like a small apartment with the laundry room / Kitchen/ Bathroom/ bedroom (with 3 bunk beds and a movie/entertainment room) + outdoor access. It ended up being a kingdom for our 7 kids. I would just say the top bunks were not the safest (railing coming off) and quite uncomfortable. Half of the kids ended up sleeping on the couch...but they loved it.

  The kitchen is nicely furnished with lots of pot and pans. No ziplock or aluminum foil though which is usually common in rentals. The firepit was a total hit (wood is provided which was a nice & appreciated surprise) and the outdoor terrace upstairs was extremely pleasant to sit at too. We wished the place had a bigger table inside and one outside + more chairs. It's a shame to have such a beautiful view and not be able to dine outside.

  But overall we loved the place and would definitely recommend it. Side note to explain my rating: I tried to contact the property manager multiple times and never heard back from her...luckily we had no issues on site.
