Great House
5/5 House was perfect for our family. This was exactly as described. Very easy to communicate with the managers. I booked an extra night and then tried to book 2 more nights but someone beat me to it. I travel to NY for business frequently and I will be booking this house again. Special thanks to Mike for allowing me to change and add to my reservation.

5/5 House was perfect for our family, we even extended our stay. House was clean, and homy unlike a hotel. Will definitely use this for my frequent NY trips.

Disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE!
1/5 By far the grossest rental we’ve ever stayed at and could not wait to leave! Used dirty towels still hanging on doors, giant stains on mattresses (thanks god we brought our own sheets and towels). Bathroom flooded with ever shower, backyard is very misrepresented - dirty, gross, rundown…can’t wait shower at home after that! Kitchen drawers full of trash and junk just thrown in them. It was really hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work nor did TV. Reached out to property contacts who said ‘try all the remotes’…that’s it! Didn’t help or address any of the other issues in our message. DO NOT STAY HERE!
