Great cottage and location but not as advertised
3/5 The property was cozy and comfortable, but the online advertising listed a boat dock and charger with the property. A month before my stay i was informed that the dock wasnt in the water, which was 90% pf why i choose the property.

Hi Michael, we're glad to hear that you found the property cozy and comfortable. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to clarify the following:
- The dock was removed due to damage, but the boat charging station remained available with eight plugs attached to the front of the garage. These are always on and ready for use, and we apologize if they were not easily visible. We understand that the dock was a significant factor in your decision to book, and we appreciate your understanding.
- A few weeks before your stay, we informed you that the dock would not be in the water and suggested the nearby marina, which is just three minutes away, as an alternative.

Beautiful and peaceful
5/5 Nice little home on the lake. Pictures really don’t do it justice. Would definitely go back. If you’re looking for a relaxing place with a great view this is your place. Very cozy. It’s close enough to Plattsburgh where there are plenty of things to do and for shopping!

Chazy getaway
5/5 Great location for our purpose. Very relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful lake views right out the front door and upper balcony. Peaceful and quiet. Nearby Plattsburgh for stores and restaurants.
