Very clean! Well stocked with essentials plus more! I only slept and showered here but checking throughout the house I found it to have everything a vacation would need. So many games, books to read, fishing equipment, yard games, etc. Well equiped kitchen, towels, fans, decent water pressure in the shower are some perks to mention. There is only one AC unit for the entire house, so it was 78 degrees for the first 24 hours, but it cooled down to 72 the second day. Placement of the fans got the ac back to the bedrooms. However, you would have to sleep with the doors open to keep the bedrooms cool. Also to get to the house you have to go down a gravel/dirt road with a ton of potholes! It was very quiet, I did not use the deck or the dock but they looked like they could be enjoyable. All in all it was worth the money.
