CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prior to arrival, the renter must fill out several documents that are required for renters at Sleepy Hollow Lake. Once the property has been booked, the Guest Contact will send these documents for you to fill out and return to the Guest Contact prior to your arrival. Failure to fill out these forms will result in an inability to check in. If you do not receive these documents, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Please reference the Additional Documents section at the bottom of this email to view the vehicle registration ID form and the house rules
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival

- The fireplace is not available for guest use
- Bracelets are necessary for community amenities. A lost bracelet will result in an additional $25 replacement fee
