Exemplary. Immaculate, spacious quiet convenient location.
5/5 I have rented vacation apartments, and vacation homes throughout the United States and Europe. This was one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. The location was fantastic— half a mile away from the university of Nevada Reno, a mile and a half to the casino area, two blocks away from an enormous state park, this house is located in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and private. There is a small deck off the house that gives a sense of solitude. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen i I have ever experienced in a rental including small items, including cutting boards, bread knife, a cheese, grater, pancake flippers, togs, pasta pot, sauté pans, baking pans, glassware, multiple sets of bowls/dishes, cutlery, sugar, flour, rice, iced tea, mix, teabags, coffee, spices galore. I truly felt like I was in my own home. The air conditioning and ceiling fans were perfect. Lots of light Kitchen table for six, king size bed was super comfortable and the linens were lovely. 2 1/2 baths. Everything was immaculate. two car garage. Nearly everything appeared to be brand new. Reno is much smaller than I expected it to be and everything is within a 15 minute drive but this house and its location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do in Reno. EXCELLENT.
