Best vacation ever
5/5 This was a very comfortable place. Very easy to get to and easy access. Nice quiet area, friendly people, pool was icy cold but still enjoyed our time.

Poor communication
3/5 No instructions on how to unlock door upon arrival. Agent came quickly to help but had an attitude. I had family emergency and needed to leave a day early. Requested a refund for that day. No response from agent. Unprofessional. Even if they wouldn't work with me for refund, a call was expected. Will not return or recommend based on that rude behavior.
