Nice property
3/5 It was a nice property but the house was dirty when we showed up. There was socks, water bottles, trash and other things throughout the house. When we contacted the owner she said it was because it was a last minute booking. I made it very clear in our reservation that my husband’s family was in town for his funeral so she was aware of the situation. It took 1.5 hours for the cleaners to clean the house, which was 1.5 hrs that we had to go somewhere else. It was salt in the wound given the fact that we were dealing my husband’s sudden death. We also had to ask multiple times for the access code. The place was nice and fit our needs but communication needs to be better.

5/5 nice place. fourth "bedroom" is really a den/office (no windows) but its fine for visiting. clean. beautiful views of pine trees and of carson city at night. 2.5 bathrooms. 2 nice decks...if you had an air mattress with you you might enjoy sleeping on a deck. upper deck has nice table for dinner. washer/dryer and dishwasher are great, and there was detergent for both (yay!). entry level is parking, living room, den/bedroom, 1/2 bath, kitchen, deck. bring your own shampoo, body wash, etc. very short drive to lots to do. i would def stay here again. i would consider buying this house if it were on the market and i were looking.

Best view
5/5 What a perfect spot! We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a fantastic Mountain View. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Definitely be looking forward to returning in the future.

5/5 Great space and serviceable kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the views each morning. Easy to use heat/ac, tv and garages. DEFINITELY going to stay again.
