Very comfortable
5/5 The house was better than I thought. It was very comfy and very spacious.
It was also very to close to everything.
Bare minimum
2/5 The house was in a nice location although in the winter may be problematic with snow and ice.
The home was on the dirty side with stained carpets and a heater filter that looked like it had never been changed-in the center of the living room ceiling. It would have been appropriate to have shampoo in all the bathrooms.
The thermostat died on the first day due to old batteries. Without a working thermostat the heater would not work. The fan did circulate so it ran 24/7 till we replaced the batteries. The fireplace would have been an acceptable substitute since they provided firewood. However there were no matches to start said fireplace. The owners could do more to provide for a pleasant rental experience.

Supplies Items are not enough.
4/5 towels are not enough, no towels in one bathroom and there were only two towels in a room for 6 days for two peoples. not enough bowls neither coffee filters, Shampoos.

Nice property
3/5 It was a nice property but the house was dirty when we showed up. There was socks, water bottles, trash and other things throughout the house. When we contacted the owner she said it was because it was a last minute booking. I made it very clear in our reservation that my husband’s family was in town for his funeral so she was aware of the situation. It took 1.5 hours for the cleaners to clean the house, which was 1.5 hrs that we had to go somewhere else. It was salt in the wound given the fact that we were dealing my husband’s sudden death. We also had to ask multiple times for the access code. The place was nice and fit our needs but communication needs to be better.
