  My family and I needed a large place at the last minute, and I came across this condo while searching on Airbnb. Initially, I hesitated to book due to some unfavorable reviews, but the reasonable price and positive feedback from other guests convinced me to take a chance. I'm glad I did because our experience was overwhelmingly positive.

  The condo was clean and well-maintained. The two full kitchens appeared to be newly remodeled and were both beautiful and functional. The flooring also seemed new and added a nice touch to the space. The two gas-burning ceramic log fireplaces with thermostats provided a cozy and convenient heating option.

  The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. Nearly every room had a TV with cable, which was a great perk. With seven bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of space and privacy. While there is no private driveway, street parking was readily available near both the front and back entrances. Additional amenities, such as a card/game table and a propane grill, added to the overall convenience.

  We also used the hot tub on both nights of our stay, and it was a soothing and relaxing experience. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and the condo was conveniently located near several restaurants. I had a brief interaction with the property manager, and he was courteous and quick to respond.

  A couple of minor drawbacks: Some of the bedroom furniture felt a bit dated, and the condo spans four levels, which could be challenging for those with limited mobility.

  Overall, this is a spacious and well-kept rental, ideal for large groups or multiple families. While I saw other listings with more upscale finishes, they were often double or even triple the price. In my opinion, the cost savings made this condo an excellent value. If you're looking for a large, comfortable place at a reasonable price, I believe you'll be satisfied with this rental.

  The photos for this condo do not do it justice this condo is definitely Newley renovated.

  So much room through out!

  The kitchens are beautiful ,living rooms and bedrooms are comfy. My family and I were highly satisfied with our stay.

  I hope the owners update their photos asap because it is gorgeous.

  I gotta say there is not many condos in Ruidoso that can sleep a lot of

  People so it was nice to find this gem. We were able to have everyone under one roof!

  Condo is nice and cozy and well kept! They even have a Roku we were able to sign into our Netflix and have a little movie night with the fam. Which was convenient.

  The house has great potential but badly needs renovation, i had to work to unclog shower drains.Also unit has water leaks in several spots. The ceilings are falling in a few places and there is evidence of several other water leaks.I talked to the host about discounting the our stay he talked to the owner and he said evolve or vrbo would reach out but they haven'tresponded yet.

  - As soon as we were made aware of your concerns we promptly responded and sent the maintenance team to the property to address your concerns with the drain, the issue was resolved and no leak could be found.
  - The ceiling does get continuous damage from the overflow from the hot tub when too many guests utilize it at the same time. We are continuously making repairs for this reason and will continue to do so as needed.
  -Additionally, we have since followed up with Evolve and confirmed the refund was processed upon request, in fact before your review was posted.
  -We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  I have been to ruidoso many times this is the first time my family and I have gone all together for a little family vacay and I must say this condo was perfect for all of us! It’s huge and so comfortable with that nice ruidoso touch. Not to mention the hot tub was a plus. Will be back for sure.
