Okay stay but...
4/5 Not so good - easily fixed:
No A/C on when we got there & 86 inside.
No Wifi & our hotspots sucked for the smart TV's
Water/ice not working on fridge
Toilet not seated correctly (sit down gingerly)
Loud A/C vent
Good:
Clean, nice layout
Easy to access
Parking for boat & truck
Nice back sitting area
Nicely stocked kitchen & some spices (nothing in fridge)
Beds were big and comfy
Now the weird part - first morning we were asked if there was a dog there indicating a neighbor saw one. Yes, during grilling the night before. No big deal to us. We were then asked if we had more than just 2 staying there. We did, I was in a hurry to book and forgot to add my kids. I offered to pay extra for extra cleaning, and we did per their request. I asked and they said they don't have cameras. Not sure we would stay again, a little too odd for us.

In Elephant Butte city
3/5 The location was nice. The was some miscommunication with the owner. I tried to text them when they did not reply I had to call VRBO for directions and check in information. There was no parking for my boat or jet ski. The owners rent out the garage therefore you can’t park in front of the garage. The place is clean and nicely decorated.

-Check-in information is provided by Evolve before your arrival, and the home’s location should be easily accessible using maps or GPS.
-While there is adequate parking for a truck and boat, additional vehicles or trailers may need to park on the street.
-The garage is rented out separately, which limits parking directly in front of it. We apologize if this impacted your stay and understand the frustration it caused.
