  Loved this place. Easy to keep clean with all laminate floors in the main house and tile in guesthouse. Everything works and is easy to use. The beds were comfy and the furniture as well. Main house has a big dining table for big families. TV's in all rooms and they work with excellent pictures. Most were smart tv's. The guesthouse one doesn't mirror.

  The yard is beautiful and deer frequently came by for a munch of grass.

  Very convenient to Bike park, town and Eagles Nest area. The forest is absolutely gorgeous in the area. Loved the cooler July temperatures. It is peaceful at night, and the stars are stunning.

  We loved that it had everything needed for cooking including seasonings. It has a washer and dryer in the main house. We washed all our dirty stuff, we bought soap and dryer sheets and left them for others, and we left some onion powder and ice cream sandwiches,

  lol.

  We loved that our son and his 3 kids could stay in the main house at night and we could retire to the guesthouse with the comfy king bed. The house is pretty much kid safe, and with our 5 year old autistic grandson, this is huge.

  All the couches and recliners were comfy but one. The one by the side door needs replaced, as it is sunken in on one side. The owners may love that chair though.

  Nice picnic area out back with picnic table and two benchs. Side porch is small but comfortable. The back deck is small but adequate.

  There isn't a BBQ or firepit. Firepit I get. BBQ was bummer.

  We would rent again!

  This was a great place. It was better than the pictures. First off there are not any steps so it was an easy place to get in and out of. Perfect for our elderly dog and for loading and unloading. The separate studio room was a great addition for our family, nice quiet place. TVs and heaters in every room, good layout, and hard floors all over that were easy to clean. Only a couple of negatives that we came across. You have to haul your own trash two miles to a dumpster which is not real handy when you are already packed full of traveling gear. Also it would have been nice to have access to a snow shovel to tidy up a little near the parking. I didn’t contact the owner so I’m sure they would have brought one had I asked. Would def stay in this place again.
