Beautiful property
5/5 This house is gorgeous, and the views are stunning. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. It suited our family gathering of adults and older teens perfectly!

Disappointing Stay
1/5 The house had no water pressure. What little water came from the hot water tank had a significant oder. The property management company knew of the issues in advance of our stay but did not notify us. Given there was no water, the property management company provided us another home but it was much smaller and we were unable to host a family dinner planned given there was not enough seating. Despite asking for it, the property manager did not provide the wifi passcode to the second home. The property management company provided a small reimbursement that didn't even equate to the cost for one night. Would not recommend or return.

Beautiful and breathtaking views.
4/5 Beautiful views from all around. Loved the large kitchen. Comfortable and roomy. It was a very nice stay for our group.

Hi Kelly, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We did all we could to address your concerns but we understand that these should have not been issues in the first place. Unfortunately, our cleaning service failed to give us any notice that they would no longer be available to clean the home.
- We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience. We have talked with our new cleaning crew to ensure that this issue does not reoccur for future travelers.
- While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to share that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
