  6 adults stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was clean and secure. We felt safe in the area. The interior was very clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were spacious. We enjoyed the beautiful back patio and fire pit. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket that made us feel at home. Everything was very clean and spacious. I would definitely come again. I highly recommend this townhouse.

  Good afternoon. I like to express my appreciation and satisfaction on my stay this past weekend. I like to thank Trish for the complimentary snacks and a great bottle of wine, which my wife really thought was so thoughtful of Trish. Trish was great and always checking with us to make sure all was fine.

  The house was so nice and felt like I was at home. Clean, comfortable with all that we can possibly ask for. I mean everything was so close, aerial tramway. Old Town, which we went to visit both and it was nice for the easy and short ride it took to get there. I mean, everything was there.

  Had the great opportunity to meet both neighbors and they were great. And wow, the neighborhood was exceptional.

  I would definitely stay again and plan on it.

  Again, thanks Trish for everything. I've rented AirBnB before and this is the best one I've rented.

• Perfect Stay

  This duplex offered everything we needed and they thought of everything. Very clean, great linens and beds, quiet location near the base of the Sandias was more than we hoped for. You can tell the owners care very much about the property as it is exquisitely appointed. Would definitely stay again. Trish was a fantastic host!

• Beautiful home

  My family and I stayed at this home for 3 days. It is a beautiful home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The home had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was very clean and comfortable. The house is located close to many restaurants and shopping centers.

  While we didn’t experience any problems, the host was quick to message back when we let them know we had arrived and we had checked out.

  We had a great time and would highly recommend this home for your stay.
