The house was a perfect location for golf trip. The kitchen was well stocked. Inquire with the owners about the quirky plumbing

It was not disclosed they have a plumbing problem and we were told to not put toilet paper in the toilets after we arrived. Not something I would have agreed to if I was given advance notice.
Also, they gave instructions on how to use driveway and garage, but the minivan I rented couldn’t use either, so we had to park in the street. This needs more detail in advance.

This is our second chance to stay here. Always clean ready and owner willing to make your stay wonderful. Gorgeous view ! Close to hwy 40. It’s like staying with a friend
From the Owner: "Thank you so muhc, Kay! Its a pleasure having you and your family stay here!"
The location was perfect for us, the house was just right, and the views were great. We spent lots of time on the patio or looking out the living room windows. It was easy to get to any place in northeast ABQ, Cedar Crest, Tijeras, or Old Town. Would not hesitate to rent again, but would make certain that I drove an SUV instead of a sedan next time as the driveway is steep.

It was a wonderful stay. The weather was great and the patio and views from the living room were such that we spent entirely too much time staring at the horizon, the mountains, the sky, and the bird constantly perched on the tip of a neighbor's tree...and then there was the full moon. The location makes it easy to get to most places quickly without getting on I-40. And Cedar Crest and Tijeras are just a few minutes away. Everything was as stated and I would not hesitate to rent again. And Sally was most helpful with directions and food recommendations.
From the owner: "Thank you Peggy! I'm so glad you enjoyed the views. Yes, the driveway is steep. Rolling over wood helps and going closer to the fence line the dip is not as bad. It was a pleasure having you!"
