  It was a good stay besides a few things. There wasn't a welcome book that was mentioned in the description. so we couldn't connect to the internet and my cousin was working remotely. luckily he just used his phone for data. I have stayed at other Air B&B beach houses and this one was missing a few cooking items that most places have. Stuff like salt, pepper, something besides pam for greasing pans. a small teapot would be useful.

  We did try calling texting and emailing the host and they did not answer so a simple response would had fixed our internet issue. besides that everything else was nice.

  oh there is some writing written above the air conditioner in the dining space.

• Perfect place for quick weekend

  Everything we needed for a weekend getaway was there at the ready. Convenient walk to the beach / boardwalk, various restaurants, and entertainment off the boardwalk. The bathroom doesn't have a window you can close, so we kept the bathroom door shut the whole time to ensure the AC wouldn't escape. Despite the description stating there would be a welcome package with the wifi password. We didn't receive the wifi password, unfortunately. Being without wifi wasn't the end of the world but after emailing someone, we never heard back about acquiring it. That didn't stop us from enjoying the cute apartment, or our weekend down the shore. The linens provided were suitable for a short stay, everything was clean and set out for us on each specific bed. We would happily book this rental again for a short weekend. The street it's located on is quiet. Parking can be sparse but once you park, you don't have a need to drive anywhere. Seriously, the location is perfect for walking everywhere.

  There were signs of mice inside the apt, we marked that we had a dog and they quoted us the price and we committed with one dog, one day before traveling they called and acted as if we hadn't told them of the one dog and charged much moredollars more when they knew we couldn't stop the planned trip with relatives! Trickery and low business practices

  The place is very small especially the bathroom, and the kitchen does not have enough plates/bowls for four people. It also does not have a wine opener, so bring your own if you want open a bottle of wine! Otherwise the place was in an and was fine for the two nights we stayed.
