CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Luggage carts are also there for your use
- To enter the building press 4 and 5 at the same time, then 1
- There is a pushbutton lock to get into the elevator as well as the front door
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 13a69. Turn lock to the right
- The door needs to be manually locked when leaving the condo (can be done from inside or outside). There are no keys for the condo so make sure you have the code when leaving
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Sign out of anything you may have logged into on the Smart TV
- Wash all the linen and towels and place back the linen closet 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors, and manually lock the unit's front door when leaving
-The door needs to be lock manually 
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The community pool is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

- Some linens are not provided at the property. It is recommended that you supply your own
- There are 2 backpack type beach chairs, 2 boogie boards for your use. There are also 2 hair dryers and sand toys
- There are towels (bath, wash, hand, kitchen, beach). Just wash, fold and put back in the linen closet before the next guest
- There is a queen, a king, and one twin set of sheets that you are welcome to use. Should you decide to use them, just make sure they are washed and put back before you leave
- There are community grills that are by the pool. We have trays and utensils in the condo
- Don’t forget to bring misc. items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc (see below for suggestions). There is usually enough to get you started, but you may want to bring just in case

- 2 vehicles can be parked in the parking spots labeled #2003
- Back to Back parking is tight. Smaller cars could be beneficial
- Additional non-metered street parking is available around the building
- Additional metered street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis about 2-3 blocks away
