Gorgeous Vernon Township Condo w/ Balcony!

• Unpleasant surprises

  When I book Vrbo or Airbnb, I deal with an owner.

  Here there is another party involved in the whole process.

  But it was not apparent before the booking.

  And on the day of the arrival, the party can't find our booking records.

  Nowhere in the entry process was mentioned that we will need to go through a gate arm to access the property and how could we enter through the gate arm.

  Gautam, We were surprised by your review, we spoke several times during your stay and returned all your calls in less than a minute. When you called and said you couldn't get through the gate they said you had not been there yet, we thought maybe you got lost. We called you and you said you had just figured it out.
  
  The passes were at the gate waiting for your arrival and we have not had any other guests who have had this issue. We're sorry to hear that you had problems. The following information is included with the check-in instructions. "This property is located in a gated community. Please enter through gate #2".
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver.

  Had a wonderful time!! Perfect space for 4 adults and 3 kids for a weekend.

  The condo was clean and comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and the living room was a great space to enjoy with friends. If you're planning to prepare a gourmet meal, be ready to supply your own essentials. The condo lacked condiments and kitchen garbage bags. Additionally, the available plates, bowls, and cups were plastic, including the mixing bowls. Pots and pans are minimal as well as glassware to bake anything.*Bring saran wrap/foil*Coffee machine is great*Knives are thereThe porch out back was not swept clean and the cushions were not clean upon arrival. Granted, there are trees above that drop debris onto the deck.Our contact did give us an early check-in and an hour late check-out which was very helpful.

  The location is very central to the mountain and surrounding restaurants. The unit was clean, quiet and all of the natural light is comforting. My children loved the spiral staircase!
