Family vacation 2021
5/5 House was centrally located to the ocean and the sound. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. Host was accommodating and local. The house was comfortable and clean. Seriously did not need a thing as far as the kitchen was concerned. Lots of beach chairs and games are all there for your use. Had a great time and look forward to going back.

Not the best experience
2/5 Property is well situated and looks authentic. It was not cleaned before our stay, sand and dust covered floors, dirty restrooms and bathtubs, no wonder they have cleaning supplies just under sink, so everyone can start their vacation by cleaning restrooms. I contacted the owner, William stopped by, he apologized and he said he used a new cleaning company as he was busy taking care of his sick mom. He said he would collect money fromthe cleaning company and hw would pass it to me... I never saw him anymore. I had to contact property management company and they said he provided his side of rhe story. I am curious what could this have been as i provided him with pictures of dirty restrooms... Finally, they reimbursed 50 percent of the cleaning fee because i didn't have a proof of what he originally promised me. This us my first experience of this kind and i am intended to document everything next time, it wasn't pleasant experience and really not trustworthy owner.
