MEMORIALS DAY WEEKEND 2019
1/5 Gina, the property manager was very nice and helpful, however the house is dirty from top to bottom. From the bathroom, to the bedrooms, dirty old sucks behind the beds and completely filthy fridge. This house shouldn?t be rent out to the public.

We followed up with the homeowner, who felt your claims were unwarranted. She assured us that she inspected the property before your stay, and there were no cleanliness issues. Her cleaning team works hard to provide a clean and comfortable home for guests, and your visit was no exception. They were in contact with you during your stay, but not made aware of cleanliness issues, though they would have been happy to address any concerns right away, just as they did when you let them know there was a problem with the toilet.
