Great little getaway
5/5 We were in town for a wedding in Ringwood and this was the perfect spot to get away for a few days and be near the wedding location. Property was clean and views were beautiful. Great communication from prop manager.

Wedding at the Castle
4/5 Perfect location for attending a wedding at the Castle at Skylands. Because the wedding was an evening event I didn’t want to drive home in case of bad weather. This place fit the bill. We only fixed breakfast . The microwave didn’t work but we didn’t need it. One recommendation change the lockbox key to electronic . It rained hard that night . There was a lot of standing water in the yard.

Disappointed, zero stars
1/5 Dirty, filthy house. This house isnt fit to rent. Cobwebs and spiders and crickets found in house. Towels, washcloths were thin and used and should be replaced. Appliances were all dirty and unuseable. Outdoor porch and deck furniture was covered in mold and mildew....dust and dirt covered the hardwood floors and in corners behind the door..kitchen utensils had leftovers food on them....wanted to cook our meals and eat in but that wasn't possible. Window covering was lacking, did not have full coverage. Basement wasn't fully finished so that bedroom was creepy and guest refused to sleep in basement. Animal dander so bad, one guest had to seek medication...

Guests can rest assured that the house is absolutely immaculate and consistently cleaned. We can confirm that the microwave was perfectly cleaned right after our cleaners left the home. In addition, the towels we provide are in great condition for guest use.
- Spiders or other pests can be common in our rural location in the woods but our cleaning team works hard to make sure that the home is free of any webs or critters.
- We maintain our fixtures and to address the heater, it's in working condition.
- To enhance our guests' experience, we provide toiletries and extra wood for the fire pit, offering numerous additional amenities to go above and beyond expectations.
- Communication is highly important to us and we remain consistent with availability for our guests. In notifying us of your concerns, we immediately had our cleaning team address them.
We will continue to receive glowing 5-star reviews on our property. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!Loved our perfect stay
