• Great little condo in the South End

  Our family enjoyed our stay at the Bruno Bungalow! Nicole, the owner, was incredibly responsive and had everything we needed readily available including beach tags and pool passes. The condo itself was a nice size for our family of 5 and could easily sleep an additional couple. Having the pool access was a nice perk especially when our littlest was napping, we were able to take the older kids to the pool. The coffee station was also a nice touch.

  The only watchouts I have are that the distance to the beach, while walkable, is tough with all of the things you need to bring with you (especially if you have small children) so we opted to drive down vs. walk. And we would have loved a balcony/deck or some private outdoor space; the condo has a little patio but we didn't make much use of it.

  Overall this is a great space and a great value for a week in Ocean City especially if you want a pool!

• Clean condo close enough to walk to the beach

  My family of 2 adults and 2 teens fit nicely in the condo. The place was very clean and the communication was very fast! We made the reservations for a last minute trip to the beach, and we are appreciative to have found it. It took us almost 10 minutes to walk to the beach, which was very nice and not crowded at all. There is no view, so although it is decorated with nice beachy artwork, you can't tell you're at the beach from the condo. This was not a surprise though, since that was the description.

  The cons of the house are that the beds are not very comfortable. There is nowhere to hang your bathing suits and towels to dry them in between beach visits. The kitchen had the basics, but cooking for 4 was a bit difficult. If you don't plan on cooking much, it should be fine. Plenty of dishes and bowls. A few beach supplies would have been nice; like an umbrella or a bucket and shovel.

  Overall we had a very nice trip!

• Great Place

  Place was just as advertised. Very comfortable and cozy inside unit. Plenty of parking on the street for my other family members. Very close to pool and short walk to other stores for food, etc. Would recommend.

• Wonderful Stay

  This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location. Communication with the owner is always prompt. The house has everything you could need for a great stay. We can't wait to stay here again!

• Clean but misrepresented

  The condo was very clean and the size was as described per listing but accommodations were somewhat uncomfortable. The furniture and housewares were dated, uncomfortable, somethings broken and somewhat cheap. The outside “porch” area was not usable as it faced a dark, swampy grass area which was inundated with bugs as well as the porch “furniture” was not usable and covered with a dirty scrap piece of carpet. The check in process was over complicated as we had to replace batteries in the front door lock for the property manager and communicate with her multiple times about resetting the code. Not ideal.

  - The interior furniture shown in the listing accurately reflects its appearance and is well-maintained and thoroughly cleaned, although not brand new. Additionally, all appliances were newly acquired just last year. We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs
  - The patio furniture and view also match the photos provided in the listing. This year, we've encountered an extraordinary amount of rain, and given Ocean City's tendency for occasional flooding, the backyard has taken on a somewhat "swampy" quality. Typically, we adore spending time out there, enjoying the countless bunnies passing by. We're genuinely sorry that your experience missed out on this usually enjoyable aspect
  - When you arrived, an unexpected storm caused a Wi-Fi outage in the city. At the same time, we received a low battery notification for the lock. In an attempt to resolve this without interrupting your stay, we asked that you change the batteries using what we had at the house. Unfortunately, we didn't know about the Wi-Fi issue at this point. This caused a slight delay in the lock connecting after the batteries were changed, which led to the code issue. We apologize for the inconvenience this unexpected situation caused
  - In contrast to many rentals, we take pride in providing a fully equipped kitchen and supplying all essential amenities such as sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets. Our home is designed to cater to those seeking an affordable, clean, and conveniently located option without unnecessary extravagance that can inflate rental expenses
