  Over all this is a nice property. Since there are 2 units at this property, Be careful of other guests that could possibly be there, as there were some when my friends and I visited. They were loud until 4 in the morning and hot boxed their unit. I would recommend the owner of the property instates a “no noise after ____ time” policy so that visitors don’t have to confront each other. The beds are VERY firm, almost rock like. Provided sheets are very thin/cheap. You can stream to the tvs from apple devices, idk about android. The neighborhood is a very mixed culture, there are renovations going on to make the area nicer, but it appears dicey after a certain time. Not somewhere I would walk around casually for anything at night.

  20 minute uber/lyft to Newark Penn if you don’t want to drive into the city. (Roughly $20-$30) $6 each way from Newark Penn to Penn Station for the train or $2 and change each way to take PATH.

  Only thing I didn’t like is some things were different from the picture. The location isn’t everything but it was great where you dont Have to worry about people bothering you. Had a great stay n the house is big and beautiful.

  The host Bose was wonderful! She was very responsive and helpful! We had a slight issue with the address not coming up on the Uber app but we immediately got it handled! I would highly recommend this! The NJ transit bus is right in front of the home!

  The host Bose was very friendly and helpful! The home was great! We did have one issue with Uber not finding the address and took us to another location with the exact same address but in a different zip code. The host was willing to send us another Uber. We got it sorted out and was able to find the correct address. The NJ transit bus comes directly in front of the home so that was good. It was an overall good experience riding in to New York from New Jersey.

  The property was generally as advertised,. Interiors were marginally clean, but the exterior was consistently littered with trash. (For example, a soiled diaper was left by the side of the house for almost our entire stay.)Furnishings were entirely inadequate. The sectional sofa has a broken back, and the ottoman is broken as well. One bedroom window was broken as well and could not be closed.The wifi provider was spotty, dropping to below 25 mbps at times.Kitchenware and flatware were almost non existent. There were four mismatched plastic plates (the property is supposed to be for six people!), and two chipped pots.Linens were also a hodgepodge collection with threadbare towels.Traffic on the facing street can be pretty loud, even at night.There was confusion about checkout, and the owner even complained bitterly about the utility bill (we showered once a day and did laundry once a week). Communication was challenging because of the owner’s fluency in English.
