Great spot for beach vacation
5/5 Charming and VERY clean home in excellent location. Great communication with the property manager - we had an issue (of our own creation) and he was right on it. Definitely recommend.

Nice property
4/5 The house is exocentric and elaborately decorated. It was clean and well maintained.
some suggestions:
put air fresheners in the house is it smell musty?
The front door handle doesn’t work properly, as it’s hard to turn and got locked out.
some lightbulbs were out in various parts throughout the house
instructions with the beach tags would’ve been nice
Basic things like cards or games would be nice to have
more toilet paper

Beautiful stay in Bay Head
5/5 Had a fantastic stay. The house was just as pictured, with plenty of space for everyone. This is clearly a home that the owners love and care for meticulously. Fantastic location, near many great restaurants and bars. For anyone concerned about the .5 mile walk to the beach (which is a straight shot, and certainly manageable) we found that parking was abundant closer to the beach, and we were easily able to go back and forth, which was a very pleasant surprise. All mattresses had foam toppers which was a nice touch, though some of the beds could benefit from a refresh. Vincent was lovely, and very accommodating! Overall an excellent stay. I would certainly stay again!

Outdated home
2/5 Beds uncomfortable, old and dated furniture and decor from the 80’s, AC worked upstairs, but not down, cheap sheets and pillows were styrofoam. No amenities, shampoo or napkins. Too many Knick knacks, very “cheesy”. Would mot recommend or rent again
