• Location, location, location!!

  Perfect location within a few blocks of the beach and boardwalk. And just a slightly longer walk to the Cookman St area with it's shops, restaurants, and bars. The unit was clean and neat and true to the photos and description. There wasn't much storage space but was fine for 4 nights with the closet and living out of our bags. The kitchen and bath were modern and met all of our needs. The pull out couch was opened up upon our arrival and we left it open for our stay. If you're more than a couple or have guests you'd probably want to close it for more sitting room. All in all a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Also, the owner Maggie was very accommodating and available to answer any questions.

  The place is very clean and 5 minutes away from the beach. Convenient place to stay! As a Filipino, the no shoes policy are bang on!

• Asbury's Hidden Beachside Treasure

  The Magnolia is a well appointed, cozy condominium unit in the perfect "close to everything that matters" Asbury Park location. It is the western point in the triangle between North Beach, Convention Hall, Boardwalk restaurants, the Wonder Bar (with Yappy Hour!), Stone Pony and more.

  The Magnolia unit was delightful and more than met this elderly rock 'n roll couple's needs and quality wants. Very clean presentation throughout with new modern appliances and a comfortable and easy to pull-out sleeper that doubles for seating.

  We come to Asbury for the beach, food, music, dancing, burlesque, tattoo conventions and other special events. The Magnolia is the perfect seaside pied a terre. Best of all, Magnolia's host Maggie is exceptional; she is engaging, accommodating and responsive.

  Bring your beach blanket for the days and your dancing shoes for the nights. The Magnolia is highly recommended!

  Being familiar with the area helps. I came across Maggies property a couple times and it had good reviews. The place is in a good area, clean, access to everything, and quite. If you have any questions during your stay, Maggie will reply / answer right away. If available during my next time, i will look for her place. Thank you
