This property is open, inviting, with modern amenities and plenty of room for family and friends. We had 3 adult couples, and everyone had their own private bedroom and bath, with room left over for a 6 year old to choose between 2 other bedrooms. The kitchen had everything including a refrigerator stocked with condiments. The two living rooms and game room made it possible for everyone to find a space to rest, relax, and/or congregate for fun. Perkins Pond is lovely, and the woodland setting was quiet and serene in autumn. The property manager responded promptly in a professional and friendly manner when we contacted him with questions. Great getaway for family and friends!

We had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was very clean and spacious to accommodate 10 adults and one child.

Great house to stay in with families that just needs a few more updates for the outdoor part to make it excellent.
So much of our stay was great, unfortunately some was not and could have been with just some contact by the property manager or owner. The interior of the house was very spacious and a great layout for what we needed for our large family of nine to stay for our daughters graduation weekend. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed and the home was clean and well stocked with all other supplies. The evolve team was very helpful prior to our arrival when we initially reached out regarding the three car limit and was able to get us needed answers from the owner after no response from the “property manager” Sherman. Once we arrived, we had some trouble gaining access to the house with the key pad as the buttons are extremely sensitive and you must hit the first number accurately to light the screen without being able to see the numbers. When calling the property manager his voice mailbox was full and not accepting new messages but he was not taking phone calls. (Also was not answering emails since he had still not replied to an email three days earlier regarding parking). Once access was finally gained by re-try after re-try, we quickly learned the hot tub did not work properly. Again, reaching out to both the property manager and the Evolve team, hoping for quick support as we had 3 college age kids who we had purposely chosen a house with a hot tub for that we didn’t want to disappoint, we received no response….we were willing to trouble shoot if they would call us and walk us through what to do but the hot tub would not heat up past 92 degrees. Unfortunately, the lack of contact over these, what would be minor issues to us really spoiled our experience. Because we could not get a response to these issues when we reached out we would not recommend this property. Other minor issues we would note which I normally wouldn’t take the time to mention but since I’m here…the outside of the property has not been maintained well. The dock area was covered in downed tree limbs, the light fixture that once was atop the dock is hanging off the side of the post with exposed wires, there are no outlets in the first floor or main floor bathrooms, the kitchen smoke detector goes off anytime you use the oven even when smoke is not present.
Overall, this could be a wonderful property with some care from the owners/managers of the property and the guest experience after arrival.

Our professional cleaners serve as the local Guest Contact. We’re sincerely sorry that the Guest Contact did not respond promptly and for any delay in communication. We understand your concerns and are taking active measures to switch to a new cleaning service so that future guests will not share the same experience. Going forward the Guest Contact will be taken over by the owner.
-We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience of the hot tub. The hot tub is 100% working and heats up quickly. The hot tub happened to be in sleep mode. There is a heat/mode button to push to turn it on. Based on your feedback we will be posting instructions for the door code and hot tub so we can continue to improve for future guests.
