Should not be rented in the winter!
1/5 We arrived to the building to find the pipes were frozen. A gentleman was under the building for hours trying to thaw them. We were told we could not use the shower in one of the bathrooms but could use the other one. The next morning when I showered it filled up to the top because it was frozen again and did not empty for more than 12 hours. It did the same thing the next day. The kitchen sink had water in it all weekend that never emptied. We had to do dishes in the bathroom sink! Building was very cold in every room other than main room where there was a propane stove. The other rooms had plug in electric heaters All of it absolutely unacceptable and this rental should be a 3 season only, not for winter!!

4/5 This house was absolutely nice and. Would stay there again. Great location.
Fall Foliage
4/5 Busy street and property difficult to find. Property address hard to find. Bathroom door in master bedroom didn’t close and floor uneven throughout the home. Bedroom door doesn’t open all the way due to space constriction. The sheets were dirty we found human hair all over them. Couches have big holes that’s why they have blankets or throws covering them. The rental is next to two Inns. No washer or dryer or dishwasher. Heater/fireplace made noise. Internet was very intermittent. We think it was shared with the two Inns next door to the property. The home has many doors to the outside . It seems they took a few rooms and converted to one house. Distance from parking lot to home entry is a bit of a hill and then stairs to the home.

5/5 Enjoyed our stay it was everything we wanted peace and quite my daughter love the porch swing can’t say enough on our stay loved it
