This place was an excellent stay. The top features of this place is a little beach perfect for kids to play at, a paddle boat and a canoe that was there during our stay, and the great house with wide open windows that allow for excellent views and feeling you're in the middle of nature. This location is secluded and very naturey, at the end of a 5 minute drive on a dirt road to reach the lakefront. The kitchen has excellent appliances.
Positives- House and property had plenty of room for our reunion to be together while being able to spread out when needed. Large porch was perfect for quiet moments, sorting fishing tackle and still had room to enjoy the rainy days we had. Location was also close to many area attractions. There were a few instances I reached out to homeowner and he was quick to respond. Also, great campfire space, volleyball court and extra outdoor stuff provided by homeowner.
Negatives- Evolve took days to respond to our early emails. The responses did not address our questions. (We just waited for homeowner to email us closer to first day). We also had to do some light cleaning that was missed. Home info was out-of-date for trash pickup which caused some confusion.
There is something magical about NH sunrises/sunsets over the lake while listening to the Loons. Overall a positive experience. Definitely 5-Star recommended. We will return again for sure. Thank you!

Our family stayed here and enjoyed all amenities the property could offer. Loved the volleyball court, wild blueberry bushes, swimming in the cove with the swim dock, and canoe and paddleboard. Other surprises await such as the outdoor shower and the overall peace of a small lake with relatively little traffic compared to Lake Winnipesaukee. (We would recommend swim shoes to protect feet from rocks not far off the beach entrance.)
My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house. The house was spacious and clean and plenty of room for our group of 11 people. The 25 acre property was very private and the beach and dock on the lake was endless fun for everyone. The kids loved swimming to the raft, fishing and paddlbiarding. We loved gathering around the fire pit each night as well. We had a wonderful, peaceful retreat at this stunning property.

Wonderful family vacation. Loved the cabin, scenery, and lake. We all swam, boated and played a lot of volleyball. We also did some cool hikes and other touring in the area. The cog railroad up Mt Washington was great, and we hiked the Lost River trail. Teenagers (6 of them, ranging from 13-20) were never bored and want to go back, as do the adults. Owner was very willing to communicate with us, and made our stay very easy.
