  • Great condo with ski shuttle right there. Uncomfortable smaller beds.

    Loved the condo and view. The twin beds in the ground floor were too uncomfortable to sleep on. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The twin beds in the loft were ok. Forget sleeping on the futon but that wasn't a big surprise.

    We didn't use the fireplace as there weren't supplies for that and we didn't want to have to clean it after as requested.

    I liked cooking in the smaller kitchen. well supplied and the stove worked great.

    I thought it was rude that we would be locked out of the unit a day before our reservation was up. The person in charge had no spare key and couldn't open the door with the code either. Finally my daughter climbed up a railling to a slider that we hadn't locked yet. Not sure what we would have done otherwise!

    Zero communication with the owner.

Although we've not previously received feedback about the mattress, we regret that it did not meet your expectations. However, it's pleasing to hear you found the master bedroom bed to your liking and the twin beds in the loft adequate.

    In terms of the fireplace, our intention is to provide an easy and convenient experience by supplying all the necessary tools and an ash bucket. We acknowledge the need to improve our communication about its use to enhance our guests' comfort and will take steps to do so.

    We sincerely apologize for the lockout due to an unexpected malfunction with our electronic locking system. Please be assured that we have addressed this issue by updating the lock and ensuring a spare key is always accessible, to prevent a recurrence. We are thankful for your understanding and resourcefulness during this incident and regret any stress it caused.

    Improving our communication and ensuring our contacts are prepared for any situation are priorities for us, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions in the future.

    The condo had everything we needed for a family of five. The king bed has a very crunchy bed protector, it's loud! But overall, we all had an excellent experience.

  • Nice place, good location

    The condo was very nice and very well kept, clean. It could have provided more bath towels and necessities like toilet paper, paper towels and tissues it lacked in that department. But it was a comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed our visit to the White Mountains.

  • Wonderful stay

    Clean, roomy, wonderful condo. They allow dogs but you’d never know it. Our Yorkie loved it. Enjoyed the big deck every morning for coffee and late night drinks. Highly recommend it. We would definitely go back again. So very quite and a near by babbling brook adds to the atmosphere.

  • Love New Hampshire

    This was our first stay in this unit but our second year in a row at Loon Village. The complex is located far enough from the main road as is extremely quiet. The unit is spacious and very clean. They allow dogs but you’d never know it. Our little Yorkie felt at home after a couple days. Spacious deck that we enjoyed every day, so relaxing g for morning coffee. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. We loved it and would, will stay again. Only negative I can think of is all the fees charged except for pet fee which was VERY reasonable. We would highly recommended this location. Again we loved it and hopefully can stay there again
