Mixed feelings - comfortable with many flaws
3/5 Perfect location, near everything in the area. The price was great, which should have told me something. communication was difficult from the start. I had a few questions and it took calling to even get anyone who had limited information- when someone did respond to the chat days later it was from another company- evolve? Who told me they manage too many properties to help…
When we arrived a very sweet guy helped us because I couldn't find the unit number in my confirmation. That was totally luck because there is no one usually on the property at all. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It needs some basic repair like a hook to actually keep the screen door shut. The property is nice and great if you have dogs. There is a little grassy place to walk them. The pool is in rough shape and not swimmable - the deep end was very dirty and the hot tub is totally broken. With all this said the most disappointing part was that the bathroom floor was seriously rotted and a bit scary to walk on. There was one towel for 4 people and one roll of toilet paper. We still had a good time and made the best of it.

Pretty high property fees and the room was falling apart the tv could not be connected and the wifi was horrible.
