Cute but small
3/5 This place is cute but super small Pics make it look bigger than it is. It was pretty clean but the sink was broken which the property manager fixed. He wasn’t aware it was broken. There were several light bulbs out or lights were not working. We could not turn on the ceiling fan no chain. This would be very helpful to get the ac onto the bedroom. There was not extra sheets for the cot or couch to sleep on nor pillow cases. The couch was very low to the ground hard for my parents to get up from it. The stove was out of service and the toaster did not work The pool area was nice but the pool needed to be cleaned lots of bugs floating The hot tub was not open. The screen door didn’t close good big gap under which allowed bugs inside. Cabins are super close. You are allowed 2 cars in the driveway but it is very tight it’s on a main road. Lots of noisy traffic , the bikes were so loud. They gave a grill but someone had put wood inside to cook. There is a restaurant across the street and some up the street. Dunks is about 12 minutes away if your hooked like me. Close to Weirs Beach. All in all I will not be returning. This was my first time using verbo and it took awhile before someone got back to me with my questions. They changed me 100 cleaning fee and 99 verbo fee so for 2 nights I paid 802.00 I think this is overpriced for what We got We were 4 people and we. All agreed on this.

Wasn't quite what was expected
3/5 The online listing on VRBO had pictures of a newly renovated cabin with beautiful wood inside and newer-looking appliances. When we arrived, that was different from what our cabin was. It was not newly renovated, which isn't terrible. The appliances had nonworking parts, and the bathroom shower had holes in it from a missing towel bar. It had an overwhelming smell of stale smoke (and not fireplace smoke...there is a distinct difference). The last thing that needed to be accurately communicated was the parking. The listing and the check-in information said there were two parking spots, but there was only one. Our other guests had to pull off into weird positions around and in front of the cabin to fit.
