Superb Getaway
5/5 We came to NH to ride Highland Bike park and this location was a perfect little home away from home for us and our boxer. The house was cozy and the outdoor space was magical. All in all a great experience.

Very Clean, Well organized, Perfect Size family getaway!
4/5 Arrival was well orchestrated with lots of pre-stay informational emails. Access to the house was so easy. Upon arriving, it was like coming home to a well cleaned and organized house. Pretty much most things you needed were there including the wine opener! It was a quick walk to beach 3 on Sawyer Lake. At the last minute we needed to take our dog - It was easy to add him on and a lifesaver as we lost are doggie daycare.
10am Check out was a bit rough for the family with a little one, but I’m sure that’s standard.
Pleasant place to stay near a small quiet lake.
5/5 Was able to go up to the area for a 3 day weekend, and this place was directly in the middle of all the areas I wanted to visit with my family. A short trip to Alton Bay or Laconia, and then all around the lake. Cottage was quiet, comfortable and clean.
I was able to talk to someone very quickly when I wasn't sure how to use the keypad (it didn't light when I pushed the button and wasn't lighting up on first touch on the pad). Neighbors were pleasant and helpful.
Really enjoyed the overall experience.
