No Amenities
1/5 Booked months ago for family vacation chose this property for its size and amenities (pool), I was never notified that the pool is in fact CLOSED! Until 2 days before check in, to late to find a new location! This is extremely deceiving of the owner who knew month before hand there was no pool! I took a photo to prove owner knew there was no pool it’s & overgrown disaster that clearly has been closed for years! Owner then offered $100 ( THAT THEY NEVER GAVE) highly recommended NOT staying here there are so many better properties in this area.

Hi Pamela, we want our guests to have a seamless and enjoyable experience, and we apologize that your stay fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We are incredibly sorry, but we were informed in mid to late June that the pool would not be opening this year due to uncompleted repairs.
- Last year, guests were provided access to a nearby Sports Club, but unfortunately, this year, that option was not available.
- We immediately informed Evolve to update the listing and notify all future guests.
- We contacted you before your arrival to inform you of the situation and offered a $100 refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Upon receiving your account details, we promptly issued the $100 refund.
We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!Can't wait to go back
