Very comfortable and great location
5/5 We had seven total people, coming in from three different states, for a family reunion weekend. This was the perfect location for us, super close to grocery stores and restaurants and an easy drive to the airport. We had plenty of room for everyone and found the house well stocked with dishes, linens, etc. We also appreciated that basic items in the kitchen were available for us such as coffee and filters for the coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Enough
3/5 While there was not anything significantly negative about the place I will say it was good enough for a two night stay. Clean refrigerator, sinks, bathrooms, bedrooms, plenty of clean towels. But, it was the basic bare bones with not much attention to detail. It was clean enough, but dinged up walls, messages taped to the wall, messy backyard, plastic coffee cups and plates and noisy ceiling fan were some of the things noticed that could have been better. Also, the air control thermostat is down stairs, so the upstairs level is warmer than the downstairs.

Just ok
3/5 We felt the need to document a broken couch, ceiling fan light, significant refrigerator cosmetic dent, etc. the edges around the carpet had been worn so much that the tack strips were poking through (ouch). It was comfortable as far as spacing, cleanliness, hot water, functioning appliances but the kitchen was not stocked well with pans to cook properly (one egg pan and two big stock pots). Our contact person was efficient and addressed our needs when the master bathroom lights tripped the breaker, but with the electrical box in a locked basement and no key on site to access it, it became a 3 hour ordeal for the electrician to fix it.
