We spent a weekend in this townhouse for an ECU game. Glad we were only there for two nights. I will say that the townhouse was very clean and that is the most important factor. Our first issue was entering the place. I had received an email and a text explaining how to enter. It was supposed to be keyless. There was a lock box on the door knob and the code didn't work. I had to call the guest contact. She kept insisting that she had sent a text with the instructions and code for lockbox and that I had not read it. I told her I had received nothing other than original instructions. She was not very nice about the situation. Finally got that worked out and had to use a key for both locks. It is obvious when entering that not a lot of effort is put into this place. Lacking in a homey feel and very basic. There were no TVs in the bedrooms and no ceiling fan in our bedroom. Other two had one. Air did not work very well. You could barely feel some air coming out but temp stayed at 79 most of the weekend. Very little equipment in the kitchen. You could not cook a meal with what is provided. We were making appetizers and were able to barely get it made. Bathroom showers made an awful sound when you turned on the water and continued for several minutes. As I said, the home was very clean which makes up for some of the minor inconveniences. There was nothing too extreme but it definitely lacked in some areas. The price was good and it provided a clean place to stay but could improve overall.
