Lack of Honor
1/5 Everyone involved in this transaction is terrible at their job, and extremely unprofessional. Verbo owes ma a refund and has yet to even acknowledge it. On 2-14-25 my reservation was canceled an hour and a half before check in, which was 4pm. I received an email at 230pm claiming that my reservation was double booked...but i made the reservation on the 5th...how long does it take to realize you've made a mistake. All businesses evolved should have offered me a full refund but haven't. And I should receive the same amount of money they would have charged me had I done the same thing to them. Now I have to go to the BBB and have them make these so called professionals act professio .
