• Front Row Seat On Intracoastal Waterway

  This is a very comfortable home with a fantastic kitchen and views. The sunrises were gorgeous, and we spent a lot of our time on the porch watching birds and boats on the Intracoastal Waterway. The inside was very clean but the outside of the property needs some tidying up.

  The home is so comfy and the view from Kitchen, Dining, Living Room and Front Porch is priceless! A perfect large yard and you can swim, kayak, boat, etc. A must stay! We never went to beach for had our own beach!

• Fantastic View!

  This was an unusual rental for us. When we pulled up to house, there was a pickup parked outside and a golf cart in the open garage. Felt like we were invading on someone's privacy. But that view of the Intercoastal Waterway and Masonboro Island from the porch was amazing! Lots of comfortable seating. Inside the house we were still feeling as if we were trespassing - personal clothing in closets and a work desk area closet that probably should be locked up. Lots and lots of personal boating equipment, etc under house - it has definitely been well lived in and enjoyed by a very fortunate family for many years. The kitchen is huge with every item that could possibly be needed. In fact, there are 2 separate kitchens, so the house can be divided into two living spaces I suppose. We never used the second kitchen. This is a very peaceful neighborhood and lives up to it's street name! The Myrtle Grove section of Wilmington is one of the most beautiful areas in the town for sure!
