• A great place to rest!!!!

  This home was just what we needed to shut the world off for a little while! It is a great home base for lots of fun things to do (hiking, boating, fishing, or just pretty drives in the countryside) but it is so inviting it is hard to even leave. The thing that stands out, aside from the beauty of the house and the grounds, is the attention to detail and the provision of so many thoughtful items. Almost every thing you can thing of that you wonder, "do I need to bring (fill in the blank) there's a good chance they have it! There was even a bottle of wine from a local vineyard waiting there for us. The home was clean, relaxing and lovely all the way around. I can't wait to come stay again! (PS The owner and the manager were both very helpful and attentive to anything I needed...even helped me with a jump start when my battery died!)

  The house was amazing being built with reclaimed items. It was also fully stocked with anything you could need. Would definitely recommend

  I can’t begin to say enough about this little oasis in the woods. Don’t let the woodsy surroundings concern you. This place is manicured, well lit, and has everything you’ll need when you get there to get you started. We were met with snacks and drinks just to start with. Extra everything paper, huge bottles of name brand shampoos and soaps, as well as things like pasta, and several things in the fridge like sour cream, of all things! I’m sure what is stocked there changes from guest to guest but it’s all good. Tons of games to while away a rainy day are on hand as well as a library of books of all kinds to read. There’s even a baby seat in the dining area and built in child gates on the stairs. Yall just gotta go see this place. It was amazing.

  This property is everything they say it is. Comfortably furnished, outfitted kitchen to cook in, and great hiking areas.

• Just as advertised

  The cabin is quite a ways from the main road but the signs leading the way were a huge help. Parking was great and it was. Ice having keyless entry. The inside was just as advertised. The cabin is fully furnished and equipped with the comforts of home. We loved the open floor plan on the first level and the covered deck was amazing, especially since it rained a great deal of our stay. We’d definitely go again.
