3/5 Awesome view, access to the beach walkway was covered by the vegetation, totally out of control. Tripped while walking on the walkway, rubbed our grandkids legs causing irritation and itching. Had to be carried back and forth. Adjoining properties access to beach was very well maintained. Upper level air conditioning wasn't working properly, had to contact property management which they responded promptly and installed window units in the upstairs bedrooms, which took care of issues during our stay. Had a 45 minute wait on getting into the house at check in time due to cleaning issues. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

2/5 The photos from the website told a completely different story than what was actually there. The house looked as if it had only been half cleaned when we arrived. We had to hand wash most of the pots and pans before using them. Twice found a cockroach crawling on the wall during our stay. We were not impressed, especially for the cost. This seemed like a low budget home at a luxury price.

Additionally, the house undergoes regular quarterly pest control treatments. Despite this, occasional Palmetto bugs may enter the house due to its oceanfront location. Your feedback is highly appreciated, and we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Pros and cons
3/5 Pros:
-Great view
-Super close to ocean, very short distance to water
-kitchen stocked well with dinnerware and appliances
- nice layout of house
- bathrooms had nice vanities
-shower heads nice and good pressure
Cons:
-beds not very comfortable, every time you moved it would squeak very loud
- TVs do not have cable even though the property listing said they do
- windows do not have screens so you can’t open the windows
- not nice deck furniture
- lots of the blinds where broken and could see through
- deck had mismatched wood planks / didnt feel very secure. Except the stairs to the beach you can tell they were brand new
- lots of bad patch work (not matching molding) and messy paint jobs
-flooring had soft spots. Subfloor felt weak in lot of spots and especially in bathroom where king bed was in.

5/5 The house was exactly what we were looking for this holiday. Plenty of room. Amazing views. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend the place
