4/5 9 of us had a great trip and enjoyed the house. Right on the beach and easy access to restaurants.

4/5 Needs better maintenance inspections, swing chain broke due to rust. Several bugs in home probably needs sprayed. Living room light and ceiling fan was not functioning. Other than that the stay was enjoyable and house had plenty of room.

This was the perfect place for our weekend trip
5/5 Had an initial issue with check in, but, I believe his name was Stu, responded immediately and arrived promptly to resolve the issue. House was amazing and we had a great time this last weekend.

Fun stay!
4/5 Great location, easy walk to beach. Very well stocked kitchen . Many new deck boards which is good for your feet. Beds and sheets somewhat uncomfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Small charcoal grill. Have fun if you stay there!

Great family place!
5/5 We have stayed at least 5 other places on Holden Beach in the last 3 decades, and this is at the top of the list. Management team was immediately responsive when a problem w/ the A/C arose (Just a clogged drain on the unit). Though, not advertised, the place did have a small, useful charcoal grill to prepare the wonderful fish from Cap'n Pete's.
