  The facility was clean and in a very good area. Just a short 5 minute drive to the beach. The pool on site was nice. My only suggestion is to have a grill at the location. We had to grill at the pool and bring the food back to the condo. The communication with the property manager was simple and easy. We had a question regarding the pool location and they responded very quickly.

  The unit was exactly how described , was nice to walk into unit and see how clean it was waiting for us . Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking . No issues the entire time we were there till last night when the knob for the bathroom faucet broke to pieces , seems to have been cracked already . Only suggestion would be to have more dishes for eating and possibly microwaveable safe , and one other minor thing , the patio would be better if it was screened in . Many wasp and nest out there so thankfully there was spray under the kitchen sink. All in all still giving 5 stars.

  Location was great. The overall score on the condo itself was great. The rooms were clean and large. There was a Kureg for coffee, if you count that as coffee, but no coffee machine. I made due. The plates ware was not microwavable. I made due. I did however have several issues.

  First, we arrived at the condo at 4pm sharp and the cleaners were still there. No problem as I did not mind waiting the 10 ish minutes to get a clean place. They were lovely too. I suspect the reason they were still there will link to issue three. Second after settling in we were leaving to get food and the door handle came off in my hand. I called the emergency line and the gentleman was great. Said he would fix it the next day, which I was fine with because I knew how to make it safe to stay. And he did just what he said. Worked great after the handle was fixed. Then I found water on the kitchen floor. At first I thought my kids had been sloppy and just cleaned it up. That night though I found water under the sink and a leak coming from the garbage disposal. I suspect the cleaners found it and did not report it. The next day I sent a text and the gentleman had a plumber come out and replace it. Took a day to do but I made due.

  Then comes the biggest issue. The pool at the resort was out of order until further notice, and had been under renovation since January. I would have never rented a place without an indoor pool in March. My kids were sad, I was quite put out. I had to find other activities to fill the time I thought we would be swimming. You know what that means? Spending more money. And Myrtle Beach is a great place to find activities that cost a fortune. I did complain and they refunded $159.02, so I will give them credit for trying.

  Overall a day at the beach is better than a day at home. Would rent again if the pool is open.
