Perfect for us
5/5 Spacious updated lake house, nice bedrooms, well-furnished. Completely equipped kitchen with plenty of prep area and seating for everyone. Large dock with plenty of seating for sunning and lounging. Swimming area off the dock with deck ladder. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Hyco Lake
5/5 House was beautiful and had well stocked kitchen in addition to ample room for guests. Very nice dock with water toys and life jackets provided although no lighting on dock for night activities. Wake was heavy and dock could use more bumpers to prevent boat damage. One low bridge between boat launch and house so check clearance for boat. Host was very quick to respond and handle concerns. Would definitely rent again!

Hyco Lake
5/5 This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for 10 guests. Having 4.5 bathrooms is great for a large group. The house is situated in a cove, however the wake from lake traffic can be heavy.
The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed for meal prep. There is a lovely deck overlooking the lake...very relaxing area. The dock is large and access to the lake is super easy with a ladder with angled steps. A splash pad, floats, life jackets and other water toys are provided.
There is ample parking for multiple cars as well as a boat trailer. The lot is surrounded by trees and very private.
The host responded to my questions immediately and handled a couple of concerns very efficiently.
A few things for possible consideration...There was no power on the dock so nighttime activities require guest providing lighting. The dock could use bumper pads to protect boats from damage from the wake. There is a very low bridge between the boat launch area and the house that our boat cleared by only 4 inches after lowering everything that could be lowered.
Overall, we enjoyed out stay immensely and we would definitely book again!
