5/5 The house was very comfortable. AC worked very well and the inside was immaculate and we had everything we needed. Michelle was the property manager I assume. She was VERY nice and accomplishing. She communicated very well and was very understanding.

3/5 Random visitor came by at midnight! And no EV charging for Tesla. The EV charging was the reason this house was chosen. Killed a couple of roaches. The house is super close to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet.

Charming, very clean house in Raleigh, close to downtown
4/5 Super clean and tidy new house, 3 bed/2 bath. Location is loud, at a busy intersection; master bedroom is very noisy but if traffic noise doesn't bother you, it's fine. Walkable to downtown, marketplace. It's a transitional neighborhood so it may take some people by surprise but we had no issues at all and enjoyed our stay. Property manager is very organized and so helpful.

Super Clean House!
4/5 Very clean and comfortable house. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Nice towels, bedding and blankets. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Owners brought outdoor deck table and chairs! Was on a busy street corner so a little noisy in the corner bedroom as well as the street light shining into bedroom around blinds. Close to downtown, was able to walk or drive.
