I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home and I can confidently say it was a nice retreat from the day-to-day busy life. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered.
The property is right off of Ashville Hwy minutes from King St. and downtown Brevard. The views from the back porch, while not of mountains, gives you a feeling like you are in the forest. The location is easy access to downtown Brevard, breweries, and hikes. We enjoyed the convenience of the location.
Accommodation: The home was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home. The comfort of the home made our stay incredibly relaxing. We especially appreciated welcome amenities and thoughtful details.
A few things to note, the kitchen does not have an oven but that did not stop us from enjoying making meals. Since the location is right off of Asheville Hwy, I suggest bringing a sound machine. After the first night you will get used to the sounds of the hwy, but a sound machine would have easily drowned it out! There are many VRBOs along the hwy so it's a common dilemma, not just with this property.
I highly recommend this beautiful retreat.

House is older home newly renovated. Was decorated nicely and very clean. A few things to be aware of…no washcloths were provided (we had to run to Walmart to purchase some), there is no oven or grill so don’t plan on doing a lot of cooking here, and the house is off a very busy road/highway so you get a lot of road noise. Otherwise the couch is pretty comfortable and the tv is large so it was a good place to snuggle up and watch movies at night.
