• Worst experience ever! BEWARE!

  I rented this rental for a family stay. It was a very stressful and unpleasant experience from the moment I arrived at the rental. I rented this specific rental for its advertised private pool. THERE IS NO POOL at this location. I know the rental on VRBO says it does but it is falsely advertised. Evolve site states it has a private indoor pool, but again THERE IS NO POOL at this location! It is beyond falsely advertised! As soon as I arrived and saw no private pool I contacted the rental host. I politely ask where the private pool was and MR. Newton Rodriguez just replied with “lol”. So I asked again and even asked then how do I access the community pool that was advertised. Mr. Rodriguez told me the community pool was being serviced and was not available. I did text back with my disappointment. Mr. Rodriguez then texted me “to just turn around and leave then BUDDY”. I was very upset with the disrespect, rudeness, and unprofessionalism of the host. I spent my whole 2 night stay talking with EVOVLE. Emails and telephone calls with them saying we will definitely be giving you a partial refund. I did stay at the rental because I was 3 states from home with no other option. They said they would try and find me a different rental close to where I wanted to be but never got back to me on if that was possible. I had spent 962.86 on this rental to not have any of the amenities that were advertised. I was beyond stressed, treated like it was my fault the property had no private pool, and ignored. I had to contact them to find out what was going on and a resolution to this situation. The whole first night the rental host moved the backyard outside camera to watch me and my family. I felt invaded the whole time I was there. It was to be a relaxing getaway to spend with my sons, my mother, and my sisters, but it was an absolute nightmare. Evolve’s resolution for all that I experienced and all the stress was 83.66. The whole experience was a bait and switch! All their properties are falsely advertised. They told me several times that they don’t even know what amenities the properties have so they list them a certain way until they find out otherwise. Evolve stated that their final resolution was going to be 132.88. I agreed but when I received the refund to my account the only refunded 122.88. Even at the end of it all they couldn’t be a respectable honest company. I would never recommend this companies rentals to anyone! If you rent their properties BEWARE & CAUTIOUS!

  This darling home could not have been more perfect for our family’s home base for graduation weekend. Comfortable beds and great hangout spaces!
